Refunds & Returns Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

However, if an order is returned to us due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- No recipient available at the delivery address
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to collect the package from the carrier

The customer will be eligible for a refund of the product value only.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, as the shipping service has already been provided and charged by the carrier.

If the customer wishes to have the order re-shipped, a new shipping fee will apply.

Refunds are processed after the returned package is received and inspected.
