Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and product type.

Once an order has been shipped, shipping fees are considered used and non-refundable, except in cases where the error was caused directly by us.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is complete and accurate, and that someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
